Victoria is a Partner with PwC Canada’s Value Creation practice in Montreal. She has been with PwC since 2013, working across the firm's audit, consulting (Strategy&), and deals practices. This multifaceted experience has provided her with the foundation and skill set to deliver on two primary capabilities: growth plans and value creation plans.

Growth plans include strategic business plans, long-term strategic plans and market assessments. Value creation plans focus on pre-deal activities such as search and screen, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, and portfolio rationalization. These capabilities provide market opportunities in both growing and contracting economies and can be applied cross-sector.

Victoria is recognized as a trusted business advisor through her holistic understanding of and approach to client needs, having worked across three lines of service and numerous sectors. She translates strategy into concrete and tangible value-creating opportunities for her clients. She targets energy, utilities, and industrial on a national basis while maintaining a secondary focus on mid-market businesses in Quebec, where she delivers services bilingually in English and French.

Victoria is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and graduated with distinction from Concordia University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Accounting. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accounting from McGill University.

Victoria has led and contributed to numerous engagements across a range of industries, including energy, utilities, mining, aerospace, transportation, telecommunications, real estate, health industries, and consumer products.

In the area of growth strategy, she has developed corporate and industrial strategies, led strategic planning exercises for organizations seeking to double or triple their revenues, and conducted search and screen mandates to identify acquisition targets. She has supported clients in developing market entry strategies for expansion into new geographies, including the United States and other Canadian provinces.

On the turnaround and cost optimization side, Victoria has led business optimization programs focused on sustainably reducing operating costs across both operational and shared services functions. She has developed value creation plans, identifying levers to significantly improve EBITDA over multi-year horizons.

In the deals space, Victoria has performed operational due diligence in support of private equity acquisitions, validated and quantified synergies for mergers, and managed transaction management offices.
