Trevor Toombs is PwC Canada’s Private Tax Business Unit Leader and operates as a tax partner and business adviser in the Private practice of PwC Canada working in the Greater Toronto Area. Trevor works with a dedicated team of trusted business advisers to bring value to owners and leaders of private companies.
Trevor has extensive experience providing complex tax planning and advice to high-net-worth families and owners of private companies. He has advised clients on developing tax-efficient corporate structures, corporate reorganizations, shareholder compensation, estate and post-mortem planning, will planning, charitable donation planning, and tax effective sale planning.
Trevor dedicates significant time to servicing private clients in the real estate sector and has extensive experience in structuring acquisitions using joint venture and partnership arrangements.
Trevor is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a graduate of the University of Windsor’s Odette School of Business.
