Stephen Nicholson

Stephen has been part of PwC for more than 13 years across both the Ireland and Canada. He is currently based in Toronto and leads our Value Management Services in our Transformation Risk and Advisory practice.

He has a strong background in large transformation programs both in delivery and advisory roles. He has delivered advisory services across many different industries including financial services (banking, insurance, asset and wealth management), healthcare, utilities, technology and post-secondary education.  

Stephen specializes in delivering advisory services on large complex transformation programs from strategy to benefits realization. He has assisted clients going through large scale transformation ($100m-$10bn) across Canada and Ireland in a risk advisory and transformation advisory capacity.  

In his current role, Stephen works with our clients’ boards and executive teams supporting them as an advisor on transformation initiatives including helping them think through their transformation outcomes, key risks and decisions.
