Stéphanie Leblanc is a Partner within the PwC Consulting and Deals groups. For over 25 years, she has advised business leaders, investors, and financial partners in various transaction contexts aimed at implementing their strategic plans. Among other things, she has developed specific expertise in due diligence in the context of sales of business or acquisitions. 

Being a member of the restructuring and insolvency team from 1996 to 2007, Stéphanie also has extensive experience in cash‑flow management, financial analysis, modeling and restructuring.

Stéphanie joined the Board of Directors of AlloProf where she is head of the audit committee. Since 2020, she has served as Vice‑Chair of the Board of Directors of the Montreal Heart Institute and participates in the governance, audit, and human resources committees. From 2015 to 2019, she was Treasurer of the Board of Directors of the Institut des Troubles d’Apprentissage. She was a board member of the YWCA (2011–2014) and Chair of the Board of Directors of the CPE Mont‑Royal (2010–2014).

Stéphanie founded Les ProfessionnELLES at PwC’s Montréal office, an initiative to highlight the talents of women employees. She has been a member of AFFQ since its early days and of the Montreal chapter of the International Women’s Forum. She is also the co‑founder of Premières en affaires, a French‑language business magazine whose mission was to promote women in business. She served as co‑publisher from 2007 to 2010.
