Shanna Fairhurst is PwC Canada’s British Columbia Government & Public Sector Leader. Based in Victoria, she is a seasoned consultant with nearly 20 years of experience in business strategy, operations, and technology‑enabled transformation.

Over her decade with PwC, Shanna has collaborated with public sector organizations across the province to modernize service delivery, enhance operational performance, and navigate complex organizational change.

Shanna also brings significant global experience. Having lived and worked internationally, she has supported some of the world’s most recognized brands across industries including mining, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and automotive. In these roles, she shaped transformation agendas and led organizations in building, operationalizing, and scaling new capabilities.
