Samantha Thompson (Sam) is a Partner and Managing Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc. (PwCCF). She specializes in helping private business owners on divestitures and other capital transactions.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Sam has led transactions from deal origination, planning and valuation, to marketing and negotiation, and final closing documentation. She has experience in various aspects of corporate finance including divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, turnarounds, and valuations.
Sam is a CPA, CA, a Chartered Business Valuator (CBV), a CFA charterholder and a graduate of the University of Victoria with distinction.
