He brings together senior executives and cross-functional teams to translate deal strategy into executable plans, establish effective governance and deliver ambitious outcomes within demanding transaction timelines.
Sachin has led major transformations across telecommunications, technology, Consumer markets, data centers and other industries. His experience spans operational diligence, Day 1 readiness, standalone company design, transition service agreements, synergy delivery and operating model transformation.
His experience includes establishing large complex multibillion-dollar standalone organizations, executing global integrations and separations, leading operational diligence and delivering transformational cost and capability transformations.
He combines transaction expertise with firsthand operating experience in private equity-backed companies and deep capabilities in finance and shared services.
Sachin holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, a First Class Bachelor of Engineering and has done his Master’s in Neural Networks from the University of Manchester.
