Ryan is a Partner for PwC Canada in the International Tax Practice, assisting clients with various Canadian consulting matters since joining the firm in 2007 and has a developed a deep understanding of corporate tax and business matters associated with the oil and gas industry.
Ryan specializes in Canadian domestic taxation for over 15 years and assists clients in overcoming challenging tax issues and their Canadian tax compliance. Ryan provides advice on how to manage tax audits efficiently and liaise with clients and tax authorities throughout the audit process.
Ryan’s primary focus is on advising clients with respect to their cross-border planning, foreign affiliate compliance, and Pillar Two obligations.
