Robert Sousa is a tax director at PwC Canada, working out of the Oakville office. Rob has more than 20 years of tax experience. He specializes in Canadian corporate income tax for Canadian subsidiaries of multinational organizations mainly in the consumer and industrial products industries. Rob is experienced in cross-border tax planning, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate reorganizations and other areas of Canadian corporate taxation, from a tax planning and compliance perspective. He also has a lead role in PwC’s PathfinderTM service, helping businesses manage expansion into Canada.

Rob’s approach to client service recognizes the importance of developing strong relationships with senior client management and the proactive identification and resolution of opportunities and issues through an understanding of his client’s business. He is familiar with the various tax services offered by PwC and can assist with connecting clients with the appropriate specialists within our organization.

Rob obtained his Bachelor of Accounting at Brock University in 1994 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996.
