Richa Bahl serves as a Partner at PwC in Toronto, where she leads the Family Enterprise Advisory Practice across Canada.

With more than twenty years of experience in human capital and management consulting, she provides strategic guidance to family offices and family businesses. Her comprehensive expertise enables her to assess Family Enterprises throughout every stage of the family, business, and ownership lifecycle.

Richa's areas of focus include strategy, governance, and succession planning, with an emphasis on fostering organizational harmony and legacy preservation. Specializing in private companies and family offices, her experience spans establishing family business boards, succession planning, next-generation engagement and development, designing family office structures, facilitating family and board retreats, and overseeing behavioral change management at the organizational level. She further advises clients on the integration of technology and artificial intelligence within family offices and enterprises. Richa is certified as a Family Enterprise Advisor and is actively involved in the business community. She is committed to creativity, innovation, and continuous professional growth.
