Rajveer advises clients on financial, reporting and business impacts of growth, acquisitions and exits in a practical and proactive manner, including resolving complex accounting issues and advising on internal controls, corporate governance and preparing for due diligence. She is experienced in transaction work, including debt financings, initial public offerings, offering memorandums, prospectuses, strategic acquisitions and is familiar with both Canadian and US regulatory requirements.
