Qasim Naqvi is a Partner at PwC Canada where he leads strategy and transformation engagements for pension funds and multi-asset class investment managers. With a strong focus on modernization, Qasim helps investment institutions reimagine how they govern, decide, invest and deliver value, often embedding data, digital and AI-first principles into their investment and enterprise functions.

Qasim has been key to building a cross-functional practice at the intersection of investment strategy, technology, and operations. He has worked across North America and Asia, leading work in fund transformation, AI-enabled decision analytics, private market investing, public asset infrastructure, modernizing investment models, performance attribution, and risk management.

Qasim serves as PwC’s leader for AI Strategy Services and is also a valued thought leader on topics ranging from agentic architectures for Investors to Generative AI for asset owners. He speaks regularly to senior institutional investment leaders and has helped to shape the agenda on productivity, resilience, and return on capital. He continues to mentor the next generation of leaders in strategy for investors.
