Philippe Jordan is a partner in the Deals practice of PwC Canada working in the Montreal office. He is part of the Corporate Advisory & Restructuring team.

Philippe has more than 15 years of experience working for small- and medium-sized public and private companies in matters of restructuring and insolvency. His experience spans various industries including retail, manufacturing, technology and transportation. He typically works with clients who are experiencing financial difficulties as a result of operational challenges. With his team of professionals, he identifies the root causes of these issues and proposes operational changes to rectify the situation.

Philippe earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance Major) from Concordia University in 1994, and is also a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Practitioner (CIRP) as well as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He has made speaking appearances at the Canadian Institute and the National Association of Credit Managers, and has made numerous business-related presentations at universities throughout Quebec. He has also sat on various committees for the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP).
