Philippe Jordan is a partner in the Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Montreal office. He is part of the Corporate Advisory & Restructuring team.

Philippe has more than 20 years of experience working for small and medium-sized public and private companies in matters of restructuring and insolvency. His experience spans various industries including, retail, manufacturing, technology and transportation. He has a recognized expertise in retail pharmacy and publishes regularly on matters affecting this sector.

He typically works with clients who need to optimize cash flow and are experiencing underperformance issues as a result of operational challenges. With his team of professionals, he identifies the root causes of these issues and proposes operational changes to rectify the situation.

Philippe is recognized for his objective, critical approach and his ability to communicate solutions in a frank and open manner.

Philippe earned a Baccalaureate of Commerce (Finance Major) from Concordia University in 1994, and is also a Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Practitioner (CIRP) as well as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
