Nick McIsaac

Nick is a tax partner in PwC Law’s Toronto office. His practice focuses on corporate and international tax planning, regularly advising Canadian and foreign-based multi-national groups on a variety of matters, including corporate restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and natural resource taxation. He is also experienced in handling tax controversy issues at both the federal and provincial levels.

Nick is co-editor of the Canadian Resource Taxation looseleaf with Brian R. Carr, et al. He is also an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, teaching a course in the Taxation of Corporate Transactions. He has written several articles for the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Nick is called to the bar in Ontario.
