Infrastructure, Engineering & Construction Leader, PwC Canada
Neil is PwC Canada's Infrastructure, Engineering & Construction Leader. Previously, he served as the firm's National Energy, Utilities, Resources & Industrials and Services Leader. He works with both public and private sector organizations on issues that sit at the intersection of these industries, with a particular focus on major infrastructure investment and broader macro trends shaping the defence and infrastructure sectors.
With over 22 years of experience as a trusted advisor to large and medium sized multinational businesses, he brings the best of PwC by helping executives and boards solve important problems. Located in the Greater Toronto Area, Neil specializes in the industrial products sector, (including manufacturing, automotive, engineering & construction, defence) working with private and public companies. He has experience with initial public offerings (IPOs), debt offerings, and acquisitions & divestitures for public and private organizations. Neil has experience with IFRS and SEC reporting including SOX requirements. Adding to his practice experience, Neil has worked in the UK, Switzerland and functioned as the CFO of a Canadian company in the past. He is also an active member of PwC's Director Connect program and is a regular speaker and host on emerging topics.
Neil graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA degree in administrative and commercial studies. He also received a diploma in accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, and made the Uniform Evaluation (UFE) National Honour Roll. He has his Canadian CPA, CA designation.
