National Energy, Utilities, Mining and Industrial Products Leader, PwC Canada
Neil Manji is the National Markets Leader for the energy, utilities, mining and industrial manufacturing & automotive (EUMI) practice at PwC. With over 22 years of experience as a trusted advisor to large and medium sized businesses, he brings the best of PwC by helping executives and board solve important problems.
Located in the GTA, Neil specializes in the industrial products sector (manufacturing, automotive, engineering & construction). He has experience with initial public offerings, debt offerings, and acquisitions & divestitures for public and private organizations. Neil works with IFRS, private company GAAP and SEC reporting including SOX requirements.
Prior to his current role, Neil led PwC Canada’s private company services group for the GTA. From 2008-2012, he served as PwC Canada’s IPO Leader and led the Toronto downtown consumer industrial products team. Adding to his practice experience, Neil has worked in the UK, Switzerland and functioned as the CFO of a publicly traded company for a year.
Neil graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA degree in administrative and commercial studies. He also received a diploma in accounting from Wilfred Laurier University, and made the Uniform Evaluation (UFE) National Honour Roll. He has his Canadian CPA,CA designation.
