Michel is a Partner in PwC Canada’s consulting practice. He has over 25 years shaping and leading large-scale back-office transformation initiatives in the public sector.
Michel has a proven track record of leading a wide variety of business strategy projects, ranging from the back-office to the front-office, to improve efficiency, build new organizational capabilities, or react to new policies and market realities. He has also executed on business strategies by leading complex multi-million dollar transformation programs and a wide variety of projects through all phases of the project lifecycle from planning, design, development, and implementation. Throughout these initiatives, Michel has become accustomed to operating in highly political and sensitive environments where delivering on time and on budget within a complex ecosystem of stakeholders, while mitigating risks, is critical to success.
He has advised senior leadership in the areas of strategic planning, operational strategy, stakeholder management, and organizational effectiveness at both the federal and provincial levels of government.
Michel has an International MBA from the University of Ottawa.
