Michael is a Partner in the International Tax Services Group at PwC Canada.
Michael advises clients on inbound and outbound cross border tax issues including financing, treaty interpretation, corporate reorganizations, and repatriation.
Michael also advises multinational corporations on the implications of the new Global Minimum Tax (Pillar Two) including modelling, technical interpretations, and compliance requirements.
Michael has a Bachelors of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and Masters of Taxation from the University of Waterloo.
