Marilia is recognized in the business intelligence space for her ability to understand and articulate complex business requirements and translate them into meaningful solutions that add value to stakeholders.
In recent years, Marilia has focused on growing Data Analytics, AI and Automation adoption in the public sector, and has worked closely with public safety organizations, receiving the Emerging Leader award by the Women in Defence and Security in 2020.
