Manny Banwait

Manny leads the Data Enablement practice. His work focuses on helping organizations harness data and artificial intelligence to drive business value, improve decision-making, and strengthen risk management. In this capacity, he works with clients across multiple sectors to assess their data maturity, develop data and automation strategies, and integrate advanced analytics into assurance engagements.

Manny brings more than a decade of experience in audit, risk management, and data-driven transformation. He has led the design of next-generation audit capabilities, unlocking competitive insights from enterprise data, and implementing technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and audit quality.

Manny has his Master of Business Administration from the DeGroote School of Business and holds a Canadian CPA, CA designation. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and serves on the board Our Place Peel, a non-profit organization. Manny was the recipient of the 2024 CPA Ontario Emerging Leader award.
