Leo Mitsiadis
Partner, US Tax Leader, PwC Canada
Leo is a Partner and the PwC Canada US Tax Leader and part of its Integrated Global Structuring service team. He is based in Vancouver. He joined PwC in 2004 and has specialized in tax since 2001.
Leo has worked with multinational companies on Canadian, US and other country corporate tax planning. He has extensive experience advising private and public companies on structuring and financing offshore investments, cross-border reorganizations and expansions, international acquisitions and profit repatriation.
Leo has provided advice to many companies in a variety of industries including energy, utility, mining, technology, media and entertainment, private equity, retail, real estate, core manufacturing and financial services.
Leo graduated with a Juris Doctor (2001) law degree from Seattle University School of Law and obtained his Masters of Law in Taxation (2003) from the University of Washington. Leo has been admitted to practice in the State of Washington. He also holds a Bachelor of Science (1996) and a Bachelor of Arts (1998) from the University of British Columbia.
