Lee-Anne Kovacs

Lee-Anne Kovacs is PwC Canada's National Real Estate Leader and an Assurance Partner based in Toronto. With extensive experience serving many of Canada's largest real estate and retail organizations, she leads complex audit engagements and advises clients on financial reporting, governance, risk management, and business transformation matters.

In her role as National Real Estate Leader, Lee-Anne is passionate about delivering exceptional value to clients. She works across the firm to connect teams with the industry's leading insights, specialized expertise, and innovative solutions from across Canada and the global PwC network. By fostering collaboration, sharing leading practices, and bringing together multidisciplinary capabilities, she helps real estate companies address complex challenges, capitalize on emerging opportunities, and achieve their strategic objectives.

Lee-Anne has a passion for travel and has completed long-term secondments in PwC's Halifax, London (UK), and New York offices. Lee-Anne is a board member and former Treasurer of YWCA Toronto (2020-present) and served as Vice President of YWCA Halifax (2016-2019). Lee-Anne is also an instructor for the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) program.
