Kevin has over 25 years of experience providing Canadian corporate and cross-border tax services (including cross-border financing, corporate reorganizations, corporate compliance and tax audit defense) to large and medium-sized multinational companies across multiple industries including mining, oil and gas, renewable energy and retail and consumer.

Kevin also has significant experience on M&A transactions including tax due diligence, domestic and international structuring and tax modeling for both Canadian inbound and outbound companies.

Kevin regularly tutors at CPA Canada tax courses and has presented to the Tax Executives Institute, the Canadian Tax Foundation and at numerous tax conferences. He is also a contributor to various journals and publications focused on the mining industry and a co-contributing editor of the Resource Sector Taxation journal published by Federated Press.
