Keith MacDougall is a Partner in the government incentives practice at PwC Canada. Keith is a software engineer turned people leader who draws on his years of development experience to deliver technical services to corporations of all sizes.
With over 20 years of experience preparing SR&ED, US R&D and other incentive claims, Keith is a leader in North American business tax incentives. He’s worked with several of the Top 20 Global IT companies and numerous private companies. Prior to his tenure in professional services, Keith had software engineering experience including roles as a developer and development manager.
Keith has extensive experience with structuring strong R&D claims and working with software engineers. He has defended hundreds of claims in front of government authorities.
Keith has an Honours BMath (Computer Science) from the University of Waterloo.
