Kaitlin Rogers

Kate is a tax partner in the Tax Services practice. She works in our PwC Toronto office.

She has experience with advising large Canadian and multinational private equity and public companies on Canadian corporate income tax matters, cross border tax issues, inbound and outbound planning, mergers and acquistions, corporate reorganizations, financing arrangements, Canadian corporate income tax compliance and tax accounting, and tax audit defence and support.

She specializes in supporting clients in the automotive, manufacturing, and retail and consumer markets industries.

Kate was a facilitator for the CPA Canada In-Depth Tutorial Series Programs 1 & 3. She completed the CPA Canada In-Depth Corporate Reorganizations course.
