Jordan is the National Deals Markets Leader and Financial Services Deals Leader at PwC Canada, based in Toronto.
As a member of the Deals Leadership Team, Jordan leads the firm’s go-to-market strategy for Deals, focused on strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities and bringing the breadth of PwC’s Deals capabilities to the market.
In addition to his broader deals leadership responsibilities, Jordan leads PwC Canada’s Financial Services Deals practice. He has deep experience in financial services M&A, with particular expertise across insurance, including both insurance carriers and distribution, asset and wealth management, and banking. He has advised on more than 200 financial services transactions across buy-side and sell-side M&A, lead advisory and transaction execution.
Jordan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia. He is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant.
