Johane Lemay is a Partner in PwC Canada’s SAP Practice, where she helps Government and Public Sector organizations unlock the full value of SAP and digital transformation. With more than three decades of leadership experience, she works alongside executives to modernize operations, align technology with strategy, and deliver outcomes that matter—efficiency, resilience, and better service delivery.

A recognized specialist in large-scale transformation, Johane has led many complex enterprise initiatives in Canada. Her experience spans SAP implementations, digital modernization, and program recovery across industries like energy, manufacturing, education, and the public sector. Whether guiding full-cycle ERP rollouts or advising on AI integration, Johane’s approach combines strategic vision with hands-on execution.

She’s known for turning bold ideas into practical solutions—mobilizing teams, aligning stakeholders, and managing risk with clarity and confidence. Executives trust her to simplify complexity, lead through change, and drive results.

Johane holds an MBA and is currently completing the Chief Technology Officer program at MIT. Passionate about leadership and mentorship, she has served on multiple non-profit boards and actively supports the next generation of women in technology.
