Joelle is a Partner in the Management & Organizations Consulting practice in Montreal since 2008. She focuses primarily on business transformation from an organizational design and readiness perspective. She has managed several management mandates to improve organizational performance for clients in the private and public sector, across various support and line functions as well as at the enterprise level.
Joelle assists clients in defining and implementing organizational transformation, ensuring the alignment of the company's organizational structure with its business objectives, and with leading practices from its respective industry and comparable. She assists her client in the definition of the adequate governance bodies, in the review of key processes, all while favouring an inclusive approach and the habilitation of teams to initiate and facilitate change management for executive committees and their teams.
Joelle has expertise and specific experience with regards to the field of project management (Transformation office, PMO/EPMO functions, program, portfolio, project methodology). She holds a Masters in Project Management and is SAFe certified.
