Joe Rafuse

Joe Rafuse is a partner in the PwC Deals practice specializing in Value Creation. His global advisory and deals experience at PwC focuses particularly on operational enhancement and EBITDA improvement. Joe works with clients to help maximize the value of their businesses or acquisitions, driving rapid improvement from strategy to execution. He has also provided a wide range of advisory services to businesses in inefficient or under performing financial and operational situations. He has worked with Canadian and U.S. based Fortune 500 companies as well as small and medium enterprises in Canada. Joe has been engaged by clients around the world, working in Canada, the U.S. and Latin America and brings additional global perspective from time spent in Europe, Australia and Asia. Joe is also co-author of various PwC global publications.
Joe holds a Masters in Engineering (Chemical) degree from McGill University completed in a collaborative program with Institut Français du Petrol in Paris, France. Joe is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the province of Ontario.
Joe is an active Board member, an ally and champion for various inclusion networks at PwC as well as supporting PwC Canada’s leading Women in Leadership program. Joe resides in Toronto where he lives with his wife and two children.
