Jim played a big role in enhancing our market presence in BC during his time as BC Managing Partner.
Over the last 25 years in the corporate finance and transaction areas, Jim has assisted companies and owners in the purchase and/or sale of businesses, in arranging and structuring IPO’s, financing, and conducting due diligence reviews as well as business valuations.
Jim’s transaction experience includes the following selected entities: Mr. Lube, Morgan Group of Companies, Nature’s Path, Toptable Group, Que Pasa Mexican Foods, North American Tea & Coffee, VIH Aviation Group, Agrifoods, AutoCanada, Coast Wholesale Appliances, Premium Brands, CML Healthcare, Stephenson’s Rental Services, The Jim Pattison Group, Rainmaker Entertainment and Sleep Country Canada.
