As a senior partner, with more than 25 years' experience in Financial Services and a variety of leadership roles, Jessica supports teams and clients across BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Winnipeg, and Ontario: connecting the best people to these exciting clients and market leaders to solve important problems and build trust. An audit partner by profession, Jessica’s clients include a range of leading financial institutions across Canada spanning all sectors - insurance, banking, asset, and wealth management. 
 
Jessica is recognized and valued by her clients for her caring, proactive, and professional approach. She listens intently, leads with curiosity, and assembles the best teams with a clear understanding of success as defined by her clients - ensuring the audit process is transparent, free of surprises, focused on quality, leveraging technology for efficiency and relationships for value. 
 
Jessica’s experience includes leading large, complex audits and multidisciplinary teams, technical accounting, IFRS conversions, IFRS 9 and IFRS 17 transitions, audits of complex internal control and IT environments, advisory services and regulatory compliance and reporting for a wide range of clients. 
 
During her career, she has worked with National multi-line insurance carriers, OSFI regulated banks, BC’s largest property and casualty insurance company, public, private and member driven organizations, credit unions, large investment funds and pension plans, including acting as a quality review partner on investment funds, investment managers, workers’ compensation, P&C insurance, large multi-employer pension plans, banks, retail and real estate organizations. 
 
Passionate about technology and innovation, Jessica is part of a group of 25 global partners supporting teams in implementing technology and AI in the audit to create a differentiated client experience focused not only on quality but insights and value. 
 
Jessica is the external auditor in residence for the Institute of Corporate Directors course on Audit Committee Effectiveness, a graduate of ICD-Rotman, Directors Education Program, (September 2025), member of the PwC Canada Board and the PwC Global Board. 
 
She is also the executive sponsor for the PwC Shine Inclusion Network in BC, reflecting her commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces.
