Jessica is part of the Management Consulting practice for Insurance, with a focus on the life insurance, group benefits and retirement market. She specializes in market strategy, distribution strategy, proposition design and target operating model design. Jessica has worked with clients across group retirement and wealth management, group benefits, advisory and brokerages, and personal and commercial insurance. She brings over 12 years of experience working across North America and the UK, where she was leading on customer experience for the life & pensions market and designing digital services and hybrid advice offerings to close the financial advice gap for retail customers as they prepare for retirement.
Jessica is passionate about improving access and understanding of financial services for all customers and she is committed to increasing financial literacy and confidence for retail consumers to better understand and engage with insurance and retirement offerings. In her time in the UK, she co-led the Consumer Duty offering for improving customer understanding and support across vulnerable customers and to reduce potential of harms in product design.
Outside of her focus on financial services, Jessica is the co-founder of PwC Canada’s Women in Financial Services Network committed to supporting career progression and driving networking opportunities for women+ employees. Additionally, she served as the co-chair of Shine UK, PwC’s LGBTQ+ inclusion network, where she led on initiatives for corporate allyship, learning and development, corporate partnerships, and trans and non-binary inclusion in the workplace.
She was a finalist for the Management Consulting Association’s Inclusion Award in 2024 and has spoken publicly in industry events about the role of technology in improving consumer access to financial services.
