Jennifer Fitzgerald

Jennifer is a partner in PwC’s Transfer Pricing Group. She is located in the Toronto office and does an extensive amount of work with privately-owned companies and understands their unique challenges. She has experience providing transfer pricing advice to clients in the software, media, oil and gas, and consumer goods industries. Her broad transfer pricing experience includes global profit alignment, cross-border tax planning, audit defence, and documentation studies covering tangible goods pricing, royalties, group services, and cost-sharing analyses.
