Jeff Rogers

Jeff Rogers is PwC Canada’s Transformation Leader for Tax. As a Partner in the Transfer Pricing practice, Jeff led PwC Canada’s Transfer Pricing & Customs practice from 2024 to 2026. Prior, he served as PwC Canada’s Digital Enablement Leader for Tax from 2017 to 2024. He started in Transfer Pricing in 1998 before finding his home with PwC in 2002, when he joined PwC’s Calgary office. Since 2008 he has been based in Toronto as a member of the National Transfer Pricing team.

Jeff’s diverse professional experience encompasses planning and controversy work for various client transactions across multiple industries. Most of his time is spent on intercompany financing transactions, including interest rates, guarantee fees, accounts receivable factoring, and debt capacity analyses. He is responsible for PwC Canada’s planning and controversy work for financial transactions nationwide and has co-led PwC’s Global Financial Transactions Transfer Pricing team.

Jeff’s accomplishments in transfer pricing have been recognized in World Tax, the International Tax Review’s guide to the world’s leading tax and accounting practices.

Jeff has both a BA and MA in Business Economics, with a focus on finance.
