Jeff is a partner in PwC Canada’s National Property Tax practice. In this capacity, Jeff works with our clients to provide consulting, valuation and management services.
Jeff has over 25 years of experience in both public and private practice, where he gained expertise in matters of valuation relating to real estate and property tax. Jeff holds a Certificate from IPTI-Osgoode Hall in Expert Witness Services in Assessment matters, and has been qualified as an expert witness in many matters before various assessment tribunals across Canada. He has established his credibility as an expert witness and is regularly called upon to provide his opinion before the Board. Jeff is also qualified as a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Business Valuator, a Chartered Surveyor, a Professional Appraiser, and a Professional Land Economist.
Jeff is a co-author of the Ontario Property Tax Assessment Handbook and he remains involved throughout the industry as an active member of the International Property Tax Institute; active member of the Canadian Property Tax Association, Institute of Professionals in Taxation, and Institute of Municipal Assessors. He is continuously providing training in Valuation for Assessment purposes to a wide audience base across the country and internationally.
