Greg Prince is a partner in the Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and president of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT, working in the Toronto office. He is part of the Corporate Advisory & Restructuring group.

Greg has practiced in the areas of auditing, business assurance and taxation and currently specializes in the areas of corporate insolvency and restructuring. In his professional role he is involved in the analysis of the financial position and future financial prospects of companies across a range of industries and sectors. He takes part in the formulation and implementation of reorganization strategies, as well as the administration and restructuring of companies. Greg's practice is focused across a variety of sectors, with experience in extractive industries (oil & gas and mining), as well as financial institutions, automotive and consumer products.
