Gerry Valois
Director, PwC Canada
Gerry is a director in the Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Winnipeg office. He is part of our Performance Improvement and Risk and Regulatory team.
Gerry has a wide range of experience in assurance and advisory engagements, with a specialty in Sarbanes-Oxley 404 ("SOX") and Bill 198. He has been the lead project manager on several international assignments, including an engagement with Canada's largest Entertainment and Media company and an engagement with a Canadian airline.
Gerry has also instructed SOX/Bill 198 courses in Canada to partner, manager and staff levels.
