Frédéric Bouchard

Frédéric is a partner and managing director within PwC's Transactions group in Montreal, where he leads the National Corporate Finance team, for over 30 years, Frédéric has been assisting private companies in raising capital and navigating the processes of acquisition and sale. He has been involved in numerous cross-border and local transactions, with amounts ranging from 25 to 500 million Canadian dollars.
Frédéric is part of the leadership team of PwC's National Transaction Group and also oversees the coverage of mid-market private equity firms in Canada. He specializes in the consumer products, industrial manufacturing, and real estate sectors.
Frédéric holds a BAA from HEC Montreal and has the CPA and CFA designations.
