Flavia Iannetta is a Partner in PwC's Operations and Procurement Consulting practice, where she leverages over 18 years of experience to drive government efficiency and improve productivity in the public sector. As a multilingual leader, Flavia specializes in large-scale transformations within the Federal Public Sector, working in both official languages to implement organizational strategies.  

Flavia's career is marked by extensive experience working with diverse clients across the public sector, focusing on enabling strategic initiatives. She has developed a robust skill set in implementing effective solutions for increased efficiency, drawing from her Lean background.

Beyond her professional role, Flavia is deeply committed to community involvement and industry advancement. She serves as a Diversity and Inclusion leader at PwC, promoting a culture of respect and authenticity. Flavia is also a member of the Board of Italian Week Ottawa, contributing to cultural enrichment and celebrating Italian heritage in Canada. Her contributions to PwC’s global International Development community further exemplifies her passion for making meaningful contributions to society, highlighted by her work with NGOs and international organizations, including the United Nations.
