Farbod Nassiri is a Partner at PwC Canada, where he leads the firm's HR and Talent Transformation Capabilities and spearheads the AI Work Rewire Agenda globally. He has a deep focus on workforce transformation enabled through technology, helping his clients realize the true value of their technology and Agentic AI investments. Farbod is also a contributor to PwC's global thought leadership, most notably the AI Jobs Barometer and the Hopes and Fears Global Research.

Drawing on his background in digital strategy and implementation, as well as operating model design, Farbod helps organizations re-imagine the services and experiences they aspire to provide to their workforce, and deliver value from their technology investments. He partners with global and Canadian clients across financial services, the public sector, telecommunications, retail, Power & Utility, Mining, and healthcare on complex transformations spanning people, process, technology, and data.

Farbod is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and holds a Master of Applied Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
