For more than two decades, I've worked at the intersection of HR and M&A across three countries, helping private equity firms, strategic corporate acquirers, and global investors navigate the people dimensions of their transactions. My experience spans the full deal lifecycle — HR due diligence, workforce and leadership assessment, organizational design, post-merger integration and separation, culture alignment, and change management. I've supported clients across financial services, private equity, energy, industrials, technology, media, and consumer sectors, with a particular focus on mid-market deals and serial acquirers managing recurring workforce challenges across their portfolios.
