Eric Tadros

Eric Tadros is a partner in PwC's Deals practice, based in Montreal, and a member of the Performance and Restructuring team. With over 15 years of experience, Eric has led and managed a wide range of mandates, including proceedings under the CCAA, receiverships, independent business reviews and strategic advisory mandates.

Eric works across multiple sectors, including manufacturing, distribution, construction and real estate, as well as others such as retail and transportation. His experience covers due diligence reviews (pre-investment and pre-loan), performance diagnostics, refinancing, and operational and financial restructuring to stabilize and reposition businesses.

Eric advises debtors, lenders, shareholders, boards of directors and other stakeholders, offering pragmatic and efficient solutions tailored to each particular situation. He also serves in insolvency and restructuring cases as officer of the Court (including as a court-appointed receiver)
