Eric Lemay is a Partner and a Managing Director in the Montréal office of PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance. For 20 years, Eric has been involved in numerous transaction advisory mandates, advising senior management and shareholders of public and private companies on business and transaction issues.
During his first five years at PwC, he worked in the Valuation, Strategy and Advisory group, advising on the valuation of businesses in connection with fairness opinions, tax reorganization transactions, purchase price allocations and valuations for financial reporting purposes.
He was then sent to Europe and Asia for a one-year secondment with Bombardier Transportation in the Structured Finance group, where he was primarily involved in a public-private partnership investment project in India.
For the past 15 years, he has advised private and familly-owned companies on corporate acquisitions, divestitures, capital raising and corporate strategy (M&A group).
Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in biochemistry and a MSc from Sherbrooke University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a Certified General Accountant (CGA).
