National Deals Leader, Partner, PwC Canada
Domenic is the leader of PwC’s Canadian Deals practice which includes Valuations, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Business Recovery Services, Capital Projects and Infrastructure, Value Creation, and Forensics.
Domenic, based in Toronto, has over 20 years experience with PwC Canada and has extensive international experience, including two years working with PwC US in the Washington DC and NYC offices.
Domenic has worked with a variety of corporate and private equity clients on a range of Deals mandates including business valuations, fairness opinions, crisis management, corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to his current role, Domenic was the leader of PwC’s Canadian Forensics/Disputes and Crisis Management practice. He is a qualified expert in business valuations and damages quantification by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has extensive experience acting as a mediator and arbitrator in post merger & acquisition disputes.
Domenic graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.
