Domenic leads PwC's Canadian forensics and disputes practice where he specializes in the areas of business valuations, loss quantification, and forensic accounting. 

Mr. Marino has been qualified as an expert in business valuations and damages quantification by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and has given oral testimony in a variety of proceedings. Domenic has also provided expert testimony in various mediation and arbitration proceedings. He has also been retained to serve as a mediator and arbitrator in relation to purchase and sale disputes.

Domenic graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce.  He is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator. Domenic is an active member of the valuation and litigation support community, and has authored numerous pieces of thought leadership as well as CICBV educational materials.

Domenic is a frequent writer and public speaker. He has developed and presented materials on loss quantification, business valuations,construction disputes, class actions, shareholder disputes, financial statement analysis and international arbitrations as part of the educational programs for The Advocates’ Society, Osgoode Hall Law School, and numerous law firms.
