Devarshi is a Partner in PwC Canada's Deals Financial Services practice, based in the Toronto office. With over 20 years of client-facing experience in financial services and private equity, Devarshi specializes in defining and executing inorganic growth strategies, from initial strategy and deal execution to post-deal integration.
Devarshi has developed an extensive due diligence and corporate finance expertise across Europe and North America, managing a diverse range of buy-side, sell-side, and capital markets transactions. He has successfully executed large, complex transactions, leading multi-jurisdictional and cross-disciplinary teams across wealth and asset management, banking and capital markets, aviation finance, financial technology, and professional services sectors.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Devarshi holds a first-class honours degree in Economics and Econometrics from the University of Nottingham. He is a regular contributor and panelist at industry-body conferences and is deeply committed to expanding access to education for children from all communities.
