David has over 27 years of experience in technology-enabled business transformation programs. David brings a wealth of knowledge, perspectives and solutions on how technology, data, insights and digital services come together to deliver sustainable business transformation and outcomes for clients. He has implemented solutions for all levels of government, providing expertise in areas such as Digital Service Design, Enterprise Value, Technology Advisory, Talent & Organization and Applied Intelligence.
