David Bryan

David Bryan has more than 25 years of experience advising and assisting government bodies and companies across a range of industries, helping them enhance their performance and implement their strategies. David specializes in transaction support, including financial due diligence and post-merger integration, as well as corporate advisory and restructuring.

Recent transactions:

• Elaborate Homes Ltd. and Elaborate Developments Ltd. - Court appointed receiver of these two companies located in Northern Alberta. Our mandate included completing a number of projects and ultimately selling the companies through a tender process.
• H.M.E. Evans Ltd. - Court appointed liquidator of a property holding and investment company located in Alberta pursuant to the Business Corporations Act.
• Climate Change and Emissions Management Corporation - detailed due diligence and financial risk assessments of companies providing submissions for funding.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Alberta and obtained his CA designation in 1997. He also is a Chartered Insolvency & Restructuring Professional (CIRP) as well as a Licensed Insolvency Trustee.

David is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Alberta Institute of Chartered Accountants. He is also a member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals.
