Curtis is a Partner and Catalyst hires and Solutions Leader within our Calgary office. He has over 24 years of experience advising Canadian multinational corporations on a wide array of cross border tax matters.
From a client perspective, Curtis specializes in providing inbound and outbound international Tax advice to large multinational corporations, including the financing of foreign affiliates, repatriation of cash, and purchase or sale of a business (e.g. assets, partnerships and corporations). Additionally, Curtis has also provided tax support to many US and foreign based multinational clients. He also advises on cross-border tax matters, assisting organizations with the acquisition, structuring, reorganization and financing of their Canadian operations including tax impacts on the distribution of profits outside of Canada.
Curtis holds a bachelors of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
