Christine is a partner in the Deals practice, working in the Toronto office. Christine specifically focuses on corporate advisory and restructuring.
Christine has extensive experience advising clients through complex restructuring mandates, including cash flow and liquidity review, strategic analysis and stakeholder management. Christine’s specialized experience includes:
Evaluating restructuring options available in crisis situations;
Managing the ongoing operations of distressed businesses;
Negotiating restructuring strategies with key stakeholders;
Assisting in the sale processes of distressed companies and evaluating transaction structures to maximize recoveries; and
Navigating complex situations.
Christine is a qualified Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and has obtained her Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioner (CIRP) and Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) designations.
