Montreal Managing Partner, PwC Canada
Christine is the Montréal Managing Partner, for PwC Canada. In addition to heading the Quebec Leadership Team, she’s also a Partner in the Deals practice and a Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc.
With more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, she advises entrepreneurs, private companies, and corporate leaders on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions. Throughout her career, Christine has led numerous domestic and cross-border transactions involving companies across Canada, Europe, and the United States. She also works closely with boards of directors and executive teams to develop and execute M&A strategies that support long-term growth and value creation. Her extensive transaction experience, combined with a strategic and results-oriented approach, allows her to guide clients through complex business decisions and transformative transactions.
Christine started her career with PwC in 2000 and was named Partner in 2013.
Christine received an MBA in 1997 as well as a BBA in 1995 from Laval University in Quebec, QC. She obtained her CFA title in 2001. She has lectured extensively outside PwC on the subjects of company transfers and successions.
