Catherine Tremblay

Catherine is a partner in the Private Company Services sector in the PwC Canada Québec City office.
Catherine has over 15 years of experience in taxation. Specialized in the areas of corporate reorganizations, business transfers, as well as estate and post-mortem planning, she primarily advises private corporations and their shareholders. Over the course of her career, she had the opportunity to act as speaker for the Canadian Tax Foundation and the Association de planification fiscale et financière.
She has a Master's degree in taxation from the Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the École des hautes études commerciales.
